I’m here to share my personal experience with the human papillomavirus (HPV), as well as my journey towards healing and my desire to help others overcome this infection.

My story with HPV began in the summer of 2020 when I was infected with the HPV-31 strain after a short romantic relationship. Due to the global situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, a year passed without me being able to undergo regular medical check-ups. However, in June 2022, during an annual routine gynecological check-up, the presence of the virus was detected in a cytology.

From that moment on, I began taking active measures to combat the infection. I started with the prescribed treatment of Colpotrofin twice a week, along with occasional use of other moisturizing gels. However, it was in January 2023 when I intensified my approach, incorporating a variety of products and supplements, including vaginal gel, Deflagyn, Papilocare, Colpofix, Monogin, and a series of supplements to strengthen my immune system.

After a year of dedication to this treatment regimen, I received the incredible news in January 2024 that my cervix was completely healthy and free of HPV.

While I cannot say with certainty which aspect of my regimen contributed to my healing, I firmly believe in the combination of measures I took. Based on my experience, I am convinced that these actions can help eliminate HPV in approximately 50% of cases, and in the other 50%, they can help maintain the infection stable or slow its progression.

The daily routine consisted of using vaginal gel at night and taking supplements in the morning. As I didn’t want to overburden the vagina, I preferred to use some gel every day, but in a smaller quantity than the usual dose. As for the supplements, I took one dose in the mornings.

I must warn that Colpotrofin is a medication and requires a prescription. The rest of the vaginal gels and supplements for HPV can be purchased over the counter.

On this website, I will share more details about my experience, the products and supplements I used, as well as practical advice for those who are struggling with HPV. My goal is to offer support, information, and hope to those facing this challenge, showing them that healing is possible.

It’s heartbreaking and distressing to see how, in Facebook groups and other spaces, individuals infected with HPV repeatedly resort to invasive procedures like LEEP, driven by the fear that the infection will progress to cancer, without exploring alternative approaches to healing holistically.

While some undergo aggressive medical treatments, there seems to be a lack of awareness about the importance of adopting a holistic approach that includes self-care, such as the use of vaginal gels, dietary supplements, and a healthy lifestyle.

Action !!!!

There is so much you can do to beat the virus

As someone who has gone through this experience, I am committed to sharing information and resources that promote a more comprehensive understanding of HPV and encourage others to seek treatment options that address both the physical and emotional aspects of this condition. Together, we can foster a community of support and empowerment for those affected by HPV.

Thank you for visiting, and I hope that my story can be helpful to you or someone you know!
